RESQ RED PRO X
NO COMPROMISES — VERIFIED PERFORMANCE.
The RPX is the latest generation rescue and evacuation device from RESQ. Designed for intuitive handling, built for the full range of rescue scenarios in wind turbines and other demanding height environments — from two-person evacuation at 255 metres to full lengths lifting a casualty to the helideck and advanced casualty rescue.
Every function on this device exists because proffessionals working at height told us it needed to be there
SINGLE SIDED OPERATION
All controls and functions are on the front face. No twisting, no turning, no flipping the device to double-check orientation. In a high-stress rescue, that saves seconds and eliminates a common source of handling error.
BUILT-IN-LIFTING
Power tool interface as standard. Connect machine-driven accessories for heavy lifting operations up to 140 kg at 255 metres — no separate lifting device required. Combined with RESQ UP, the RPX covers the full range of hoisting scenarios in offshore and onshore operations.
PRECISION IN TIGHT SPACES
Top-mounted swivel for optimal positioning — saves you valuable second in ladder rescue and even in enclosed spaces, tower shafts, and awkward rescue angles where a rigid setup would limit the rescuer's options.
VERIFIED TO THE LIMIT
Tested and verified for combined weight and descent of 280 kg at 255 metres. Laser-engraved data and pictograms — legible under any light condition, permanent over the full service life. No labels to fade, peel, or wear off.
EASY TO TRAIN.
EASY TO INSPECT
The RPX is designed for straightforward implementation of user training and inspection routines. One device platform across all configurations means one set of skills, one training programme, and consistent inspection procedures across your fleet.

AYCESSORYS KIT
Every RESQ RPX kit can be configured with accessories matched to the specific conditions on your site. Each component is tested, certified, and designed to work seamlessly across the RESQ product range - so every part of the kit is familiar, reliable, and ready when it matters.
ROPE GRAB
Tested on rope, wire, and synthetic materials across a range of diameters. Designed for rescue situations where the victim cannot be reached directly and needs to be lifted. Features a finger-release split mechanism - intuitive to operate under stress, with gloves. The gripping surface is optimised for use on fall arrestors, adjustable lanyards, SRLs, ropes, and fixing/anchoring lanyards.
EDGE PROTECTOR
Protects the rope from abrasion and cutting where it runs over sharp or rough edges — hatch openings, nacelle edges, railings, and structural steel. Reduces rope wear during descent and maintains consistent device performance by eliminating friction spikes at the contact point. Quick to position, no tools required and designed to stay in place under load.
A small component that directly affects rope integrity and descent behaviour — especially in repeated-use scenarios like pendulum evacuation.
CARABINERS
Uniform carabiners across the full RESQ kit range. Same type, same handling - from unpacking and mounting the device to unclipping safe on ground. Familiarity reduces hesitation under stress.
SLINGS
Available in polyethylene, aramid (higher breaking strength and heat resistance), or metal slings in raw and coated versions. Lengths and materials are selected based on available anchor points, local requirements, and risk assessments - and can be tailored for both existing fleet and future turbine fit.
PULLEY WHEEL
Simple and effective. Enables everything from basic rope diversions to advanced multi-equipment rescue scenarios. Indispensable when organised rescues require multiple systems working simultaneously.
SIMPLICITY. CERTAINLY. NO SECOND CHANCES.
-
MARKING AND TRACKING – Every RESQ kit ships with individual marking and tracking capability at component level. Choose between electronic and visual serial number markings - compatible with your existing labelling system - or use RESQ INSPECTOR, our online platform for worldwide access to product data, service history, and updated safety notifications.
-
INSPECTION – RESQ kits are designed for efficient inspection - with clear visual indicators, accessible component layouts, and tamper-proof seals on Vacuum-packed kits for at-a-glance integrity verification. Each component follows defined inspection criteria and intervals as outlined in the product documentation. Inspections should be carried out by competent persons trained in the specific RESQ product line. Combined with the INSPECTOR system, inspection status and history can be tracked per unit across your full fleet.
-
DOCUMENTATION – Full transparency - all relevant certificates, datasheets, declarations of conformity (DoC), and product documentation available for every RESQ kit.
